These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at johnnysautospa.com (the "Site"), operated by Johnny's Auto Spa + Detail ("Johnny's," "we," "us," or "our"), which provides car wash and detailing services at 7879 Old Crile Road, Painesville, Ohio (the "Services").
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Purchases of washes, detailing, gift cards, and memberships may be subject to additional terms that are posted at our facility, shown on our booking or membership websites, or otherwise presented to you when you buy. Those terms govern the purchase they relate to and control if they conflict with these Terms.
Johnny's offers tunnel car washes, single washes, VIP Unlimited Club memberships (including family plan options), professional detailing for autos, trucks, SUVs, and RVs, fleet accounts, and gift cards. Service descriptions on the Site are general information. Services, pricing, and availability may change, and the Site may not always reflect current offerings. All Services are performed at our facility at 7879 Old Crile Road, Painesville, OH 44077.
Submitting the contact form on the Site is a request for information or service, not a confirmed appointment or order. We will follow up with you directly. Detail appointments booked through our online booking service (Reservio) are subject to confirmation and to any booking and cancellation terms shown there. We may reschedule or decline service requests when necessary, for example because of weather, equipment maintenance, or capacity.
VIP Unlimited Club memberships, including family plans, are recurring plans. Enrollment and plan management take place through our membership portal at johnnysautospa.mywashaccount.com. The price, billing schedule, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms for your membership are those presented to you when you enroll. For help with your membership, use the portal or contact us.

If you have a concern about a completed service, please tell our staff before leaving the facility if possible, or contact us as soon as you can so we can review it.
You agree not to use the Site to submit false, fraudulent, or abusive information; to attempt to disrupt the Site or gain unauthorized access to it, its site management tools, or its underlying systems; to use automated means to copy or extract Site content in bulk; or for any unlawful purpose.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Johnny's Auto Spa + Detail or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
The Site links to websites operated by others, including our online booking service (Reservio), our membership portal, and our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages, and our Contact page includes an embedded Google Map. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those services, a link does not imply endorsement, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Information on the Site, including hours, services, and pricing, is general information and may not always be current.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will stay in effect.
